The Dutch rapgame has taken over the charts these days. With millions streams on Spotify and YouTube Dutch rappers are todays superstars on the music landscape where hiphop has become more popular than ever.
Boef (born, Aubervilliers France) moved to the Netherlands at the age of 13. After a live session in 2015 he became a serious player in the game. With the record of most Spotify streams (4.6 mil) on one single day under his belt Boef is one of those artists who sets the bar on the highest level. His last album ‘Slaaptekort’ has 68.6 million plays, while “Wie Praat Die Gaat” ft. Lijpe & Ismo has over 6.8 million Youtube streams what made him a major music industry player.
For his new single “Littekens” (Scars) I teamed up with El Chapo Productions who will release the track. I wrote Littekens with a twist of arabic flow to stay close to his roots.
